Free cancellation
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 3 hours before your appointment.
Physiotherapy
Sessions cancelled 3 or more hours in advance are fully refunded.
Clinical Pilates
Pilates sessions are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled free of charge within the allowed period.
Late cancellations
Cancellations with less than 3 hours' notice may incur a fee or a deduction from your package.
