Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to every order placed through www.pngsafety.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by PNG Safety Ltd ("PNG Safety", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus with its registered office at Serifou 20A, 3046 Limassol, Cyprus.

By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy, each of which forms part of the contract between us.

If you are placing an order on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business and the business will be treated as the customer under these Terms.

The Site is used by two categories of customers:

• Consumers ("B2C") — natural persons ordering for purposes outside their trade, business or profession. Consumers benefit from the mandatory rights conferred by the Consumer Protection Law (Ν. 112(I)/2021) transposing Directive 2011/83/EU, and by Cypriot consumer protection legislation more generally.
• Business customers ("B2B") — legal persons or sole traders ordering in the course of their business. B2B orders are subject to prior account approval, tier-based pricing, and the additional terms set out in the B2B section below. The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers does not apply to B2B orders.

We sell workwear, safety footwear and personal protective equipment ("PPE") sourced primarily from our supplier Velilla Confección Industrial S.A. and other manufacturers. Product images, colours and dimensions are provided as accurately as we can but slight variations are inherent to textile and PPE manufacturing.

PPE listed on the Site is CE / UKCA marked where applicable. Certification data, declarations of conformity and user instructions are available on request at orders@pngsafety.com. It is the customer's responsibility to select PPE that is appropriate for the intended risk and use case, and to comply with all applicable workplace health-and-safety obligations.

Placing an order via the Site constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products at the prices displayed. Our order-confirmation email is an acknowledgement of receipt only. A binding contract of sale is formed when we accept your order by sending a dispatch confirmation (for stocked items) or a written order acceptance (for special orders).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before dispatch, including where a product is unavailable, where the price or description contains an obvious error, where we suspect fraud, or where a B2B customer has not been approved.

All prices are shown in euro (EUR). The VAT treatment currently active on the Site (inclusive vs exclusive, B2C vs B2B) is displayed at checkout and on the invoice; the applicable rate is the Cyprus standard rate of [TO CONFIRM: 19%] unless otherwise stated.

B2B prices are quoted net of VAT and shown separately at checkout. B2C prices are displayed as configured by the Site (inclusive or exclusive of VAT); the exact treatment applied to your order is shown on the order summary and on the invoice.

Payment is taken in full at the time the order is placed. Card payments are processed via JCC Payment Systems on a PCI-DSS compliant hosted payment page. We do not store your card details. Where an order fails final verification with our payment provider it will not be shipped and any amount authorised will be released.

Stock ships from our supplier's warehouse in Spain on an Ex Works basis. Standard courier delivery is typically 6–8 working days from dispatch. Sea freight consignments and bulk orders sourced directly from the factory typically take 4–6 weeks, subject to factory production confirmation.

Risk in the products passes to the customer on delivery to the address you provide. Title passes only once payment has been received in full.

Consumers based in the EU have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within [TO CONFIRM: 14] days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

The right does not apply to products that (a) have been custom-made or personalised (including custom printing, embroidery or made-to-measure sizing), (b) have been unsealed for hygiene reasons and are no longer suitable for return, or (c) fall within any other statutory exception.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact us at orders@pngsafety.com with your order number before the deadline expires. Return conditions, refund timing and who bears return postage are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy at /pages/returns-policy.

Consumers benefit from the two-year statutory legal guarantee of conformity provided under Cypriot law transposing Directive (EU) 2019/771. During this period, if a product does not conform to the contract (e.g. is defective, does not meet the description, or is not fit for its ordinary purpose), the consumer may request repair, replacement, a proportionate price reduction or, in defined cases, termination of the contract with a refund.

To claim under the legal guarantee, contact us at orders@pngsafety.com with your order number, a description of the defect and, where possible, photographs. The legal guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not restrict, any commercial warranty provided by the manufacturer.

B2B accounts are granted at our discretion following review of the applicant's trading details. B2B pricing (Velilla cost × 1.55) and volume-tier discounts apply automatically once you are signed in.

B2B orders may be placed at quantities exceeding immediately available stock. Where this is the case, the shortfall will be produced or shipped from the factory and lead times of 4–6 weeks or more may apply.

B2B customers may not resell products under a materially different trade description, remove or alter CE / UKCA markings, or hold PNG Safety out as the manufacturer of the products.

The statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to B2B orders. B2B returns are accepted at our discretion, subject to the Returns & Refunds Policy.

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, code and design — is owned by PNG Safety or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trade-mark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under Cypriot law.

Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the price paid for the products giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill or any indirect or consequential loss.

For B2C customers, this section does not affect statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform that is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, transport disruption, supplier failure, factory shutdowns, epidemics, natural disasters or governmental restrictions. We will notify affected customers and, where the delay is material, offer either a revised delivery date or a full refund.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers resident in another EU Member State retain the protections and jurisdictional rights conferred by the mandatory rules of their country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order governs that order. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
