Shipping & Delivery Policy

Draft — pending review by the client's legal counsel. Bracketed items marked [TO CONFIRM: …] must be filled in before publication.
1. Where orders ship from
Stocked products ship from our supplier's warehouse in Spain on an Ex Works ("EXW") basis. This means legal responsibility for the goods passes to PNG Safety (or, for B2B customers under agreed Incoterms, to the customer) at the point they leave the warehouse.
For the purposes of consumer contracts, risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the consumer on physical delivery to the address you provide.
2. Delivery methods and lead times
We offer two shipping modes, chosen automatically according to the order and stock availability:
- Standard courier — used for in-stock quantities. Typical transit time is 6–8 working days from dispatch, once the goods leave the supplier warehouse. Standard courier is the default method for B2C orders and small B2B orders.
- Sea freight — used for larger B2B consignments or products sourced directly from the factory. Typical transit time is 4–6 weeks from order acceptance, subject to factory production confirmation and vessel schedules.
3. Order acceptance vs dispatch
Placing an order does not guarantee immediate dispatch. For stocked items we normally dispatch within 1–2 working days of order acceptance. For factory or bulk items we will confirm the production window and expected dispatch date by email before shipping.
Lead times above are indicative averages, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier performance, customs clearance for non-EU destinations, factory production schedules and events outside our control.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, chargeable weight and the current courier rate bands. The full breakdown is shown before you confirm and pay.
Shipping is always charged — there is no free-shipping threshold. B2B shipping is quoted separately based on volume and destination.
Where product logistics data is not yet available for a specific SKU, a configured fallback rate is applied; this is disclosed to admins in the shipping dashboard and never causes an under-collection at checkout.
5. Delivery addresses
We deliver to Cyprus and — subject to explicit checkout availability — to other EU Member States. We do not currently ship to countries outside the EU / EEA unless separately agreed by email.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, including any special delivery instructions. Additional charges arising from an incorrect or incomplete address (e.g. courier re-delivery or return-to-sender fees) may be passed on to the customer.
6. Customs, duties and VAT
Prices displayed on the site are net (excluding VAT). Cyprus VAT at 19% is added at checkout on goods and shipping and shown as a separate line before you confirm and pay.
For any delivery outside the EU that we agree to fulfil, the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for all applicable duties, taxes and customs clearance charges.
7. Delays, damage or missing parcels
If a parcel has not arrived within 3 working days after the upper end of the estimated window, or if it arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us at orders@pngsafety.com with your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the packaging and contents.
We will investigate with the courier and, where the goods are lost or damaged in transit, arrange either a replacement or a refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer-protection law.
8. Force majeure
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including strikes, courier network disruptions, factory shutdowns, port congestion, epidemics, natural disasters and governmental restrictions. Where a delay is material we will contact affected customers and offer a revised delivery date or a full refund.
